CPF (Central Processing Facility) and Pipeline Installation

 We have successfully completed fast-track projects involving the engineering, installation, and commissioning of pipelines and associated infrastructure. Our key achievements include: 


  

  • Central Processing Facilities (CPF): Installation and commissioning of pre-fabricated CPFs, enabling the achievement of production milestones.
  • Pipeline Installation: Engineering, installation, and commissioning of pipelines, including tie-ins to existing strategic pipelines.
  • Fiscal Metering Packages: Installation and commissioning of fiscal metering packages with control cabins to ensure accurate measurement and compliance.
  • Flow Lines and Water Supply: Installation of flow lines, large-capacity water storage tanks, and buried water pipelines for operational support.
  • Crude Oil Storage Tanks: Fabrication and installation of high-capacity crude oil storage tanks at project sites.
  • Additional Installations: Implementation of isolation valves, closed drain systems, accommodation units, and scaffolding for safe operations.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Comprehensive testing and commissioning of installations to ensure operational readiness and adherence to high-quality standards.

Well Pad Construction

  

Our company successfully executed the construction of a comprehensive well pad infrastructure, encompassing a total area of 500x500 meters.

Key components included:


  

• Surveying Works: Comprehensive surveying for accurate project execution.

• Water, Waste, and Flare Pits: Construction of 60x60 meter water and waste pits, and a 40x40 meter flare pit.

• Construction of Well (drilling) Pad: Complete construction of the 200*200‐meter drilling pad.

• Cellar Pits: Construction of cellar pits for drilling heads and installing a conductor pipe.

• Concrete Hardstandings: Installation of concrete hardstandings (C40) for drilling equipment settings including drainage channels.

• The project involved extensive earthworks:

• Cutting Operations: Excavation of 640,000 cubic meters of earth to the specified design levels.

Filling Operations: 260,000 cubic meters of earth filled in layers, including subbase, base coarse, and top coat for stability and compliance with industry standards. 

  

Additional scope included:

• Accommodation: Transportation and installation of on‐site accommodation units.

• Drainage Works: Implementation of a comprehensive drainage system to manage surface water and prevent flooding.

• Water Supply: Establishment of a reliable water supply system to support both operational needs and on‐site personnel.

• Security Requirements: Installation of security measures to ensure site and personnel safety.

  

Throughout the project, we adhered to stringent quality and safety protocols, employing advanced techniques and equipment to ensure accurate grading and compaction. This project demonstrates our capability to manage and execute large‐scale earthwork and construction projects, delivering high‐quality results within the specified timelines.

Flow Line Installations

Our company specializes in the installation of flexible flowlines for the transportation of crude oil from wells to production facilities and subsequently to main export line stations. Leveraging our expertise in civil and mechanical works, we have successfully executed numerous flowline installation projects, particularly using the “Soluforce” brand of flowline, which is commonly used by oil and gas operators in the region. Key activities in our flowline installation projects include:


  

  • Staking Out Flowline Route: Precisely surveying and marking the route for accurate flowline placement.
  • Establishing Right‐of‐Way (ROW): Conducting necessary works to clear and establish the ROW for the flowline.
  • Excavation: Excavating the trench along the designated flowline route.
  • Bedding and Padding: Placing bedding material under the pipe and padding material above the pipe to ensure proper support and protection.
  • Flowline Installation: Installing the flowline in the trench using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure alignment and integrity.
  • Welding: Performing high‐quality welding of flowline joints to ensure a secure and leak‐proof system.
  • Backfilling: Backfilling the trench with soil and placing warning tapes to mark the location of the flowline.
  • Cable Installation: Installing 11KV electric cables and fiber optic cables alongside the flowline as required.
  • Protection Berm: Forming a protection berm to safeguard the flowline and surrounding area.
  • Signage: Installing appropriate signs to indicate the


presence of the flowline and ensure safety.

Our capability to handle all aspects of flowline installation—from initial route staking to final protection—demonstrates our commitment to delivering high‐quality, reliable solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Camp Establishment

 Our company demonstrated its capability in managing and executing a large‐scale project by successfully constructing and installing a major project camp accommodation on a substantial site measuring 2,500 x 3,800 meters. Located in a mountainous region with mixed rocky and soil terrain, the project included:


  

  • Site Preparation: Undertook extensive earthworks involving the excavation of 4,470,000 cubic meters and filling of 2,450,000 cubic meters. Our team efficiently leveled and prepared the rugged terrain to establish a stable foundation for the camp infrastructure.
  • Accommodation Units: Coordinated the transportation and installation of numerous prefabricated accommodation units, ensuring the provision of comfortable and functional living spaces for the drilling and security teams.
  • Utility Installation: Developed a comprehensive utility infrastructure, including water supply systems, sewage management, and electrical installations, to ensure the camp's full operational capacity and self‐sufficiency.
  • Infrastructure Development: Constructed internal roads and pathways tailored to the challenging terrain, facilitating smooth access and connectivity within the expansive camp area.
  • Common Facilities: Built and equipped essential communal facilities such as dining halls, recreation areas, and sanitation facilities, enhancing the living conditions and overall well‐being of the camp residents.
  • Security Measures: Implemented robust security solutions, including perimeter fencing and surveillance systems, to safeguard the camp and its personnel.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Adhered to rigorous quality control and safety standards throughout all phases of the project, demonstrating our commitment to high workmanship standards and safety.
